Completely unusable. Have tried no less than 20 times to work in this template and it locks up every time and gives me errors. Had to abandon this template and use a different one because I needed to get the project done. Spent a long time with customer support trying to get a refund and dealt with 3 different reps, all of whom told me that they were forwarding me to someone else to get my refund processed. Still have not received the refund....

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Wix has strict quality guidelines and does not allow broken templates to be featured on their Marketplace. The latency issues you're describing are likely related to Wix's platform and not the template itself. Performance can fluctuate based on Wix's updates and server load.
