This Template utilizes Velo code, CMS Collections, and Triggered Emails to achieve an unlimited, conflict-free scheduling flow that doesn't rely on any third-party calendar sync. Services, Staff, Pricing, and Weekly Availability are stored inside the CMS in BookingServices, Staff, BookedServices.
Visitors select the service, optional add-ons, location (either at the business or client's place with a travelling charge), date/time, and the staff. Slots are created by intersecting the service hours with the staff's hours; plus, worst-case scenarios of slots being already booked are automatically hidden from view- even if across multiple staff.
Pricing supports fixed, free, and varied/ "from" options; add-ons accumulate to a live total. Checkout is made via Wix Pay for payment online; bookings with a zero total are completed immediately. Upon submission, the booking is stored in CMS, and a Triggered Email confirmation is sent, followed by a separate email when the payment is captured.
You can bulk-show/hide services, assign a weekly schedule for them all, and CNC edits in the Admin view. The UI is fully responsive with a repeater and dynamic states....
