Data cannot be downloaded I discontinued using it couple of years ago but I still paid the annual fees as the historical data cannot be downloaded. Now I deleted it.

OkI am disappointed that I am paying an annual fee for this service, yet still have see the advertisers branding. I figure if I pay for this, why does this still showing.
