Show visitors how your local real estate market is built. AgentRoster Market Widgets adds two widgets to your site, with figures counted from the published rosters of Canadian brokerages. The Local Market Snapshot shows how many agents work a city, the share each brand holds, the largest offices and how many agents joined a tracked brokerage in the last 30 days. It suits a market page or a post about your area. The Brokerage Rank badge shows where one office stands in its city by the number of agents on its roster, for example #3 of 9 tracked offices. It gives a recruiting page a measured, third-party number instead of a claim. Both widgets come in English or French and follow your site's fonts and colours unless you choose your own. They refresh after every scan with no work from you. Each widget shows its scope and scan date: the figures cover the brokerage networks AgentRoster tracks, about 46% of CREA's membership, and they are not licence counts. The widgets show aggregate numbers and office names only, never an agent's name or contact details. They set no cookies and collect nothing about your visitors. The app is free, with no plans, no account and nothing to buy.
