Mercatus brings the sales side of your online store into one dashboard. The overview shows year-to-date revenue, pending orders, contacts, published products and revenue by sales channel, such as the online store, point of sale and manual orders. The catalog lists your products with images, prices, SKUs, categories and stock levels, flags low and out-of-stock items, and lets you create, edit, hide or delete products. The order board groups recent orders by payment and fulfillment status; you can record a payment, add a carrier and tracking number when you ship, or cancel an order. The customers tab shows contacts by city, your top buyers by amount spent and segments of high-value and at-risk customers, with CSV export. The channels tab compares orders and paid revenue per channel for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. You can also see your email marketing campaigns and plan other campaigns with a budget and dates. Marketplace connections are recorded by hand; Mercatus does not publish products to marketplaces automatically. Mercatus works with your site's store, orders and contacts. The interface is in Spanish.
