Every custom job needs a clear yes before production, and most of those yeses live in WhatsApp threads: "looks good", "move the logo a bit", "wait, is that the right date?". When the print comes out wrong, nobody can find who approved what. Proof & Approve gives that yes a proper home on your own site. Create a proof, upload the design, and send one link. Your client opens it with no account. They click the exact spot they want changed and leave a comment, so "a bit to the left" becomes a numbered pin on the artwork. When they are happy, they type their name, confirm they checked spelling, sizes and colors, and approve. You get a dated record of who approved which version. Need another round? Upload the revised design and the same link reopens for review, with every earlier version kept. Each proof shows its status at a glance, with a ready-made email and reminder for the client. Sell custom products in your store? Link a proof to the order line it belongs to. Built for print shops, sign makers, embroiderers, invitation designers and any business that makes things to spec.
