Adding closed days one at a time is slow, and one is easy to miss. Closure Days for Bookings lets you pick dates or a Japanese-holiday preset and shows how many bookings already exist on each of those days before anything changes. Presets cover Obon, the New Year break, Golden Week and national holidays (2026-2027 built in), or you can enter your own dates.
When you confirm, the app adds a time-off block to every staff member's and room's calendar, so new bookings are not offered on those days; existing bookings stay. A service with no staff or room assigned cannot be stopped. A closure can be undone with a confirmation; only closures made by this app are removed, not time blocks you added by hand.
Free closes the whole shop, with up to three closures at a time. Pro removes that limit, combines presets, closes single staff members, undoes several closures at once and saves a CSV history, and its holiday top-up adds the next 12 months of holidays each time you open the app in this browser (it does not run in the background). Works in Japanese and English. It does not read customer names or contact details; it only counts bookings per day.
