Proiecta is a project management dashboard for teams that run client or internal projects. Each project has a status, priority, owner, start and due dates, budget and spending, a client from your contact list, team members, tags, a color and milestones. Tasks live on a Kanban board with four columns, where you drag cards to change their status. Each task has an assignee, priority, start date, due date and time, estimated hours and a tag, and you can filter the board by project. The Gantt view shows an eight-week timeline with projects and tasks, highlights today and marks overdue tasks in red. The team view shows each person's open tasks, overdue tasks and pending estimated hours, which can help you balance work across the team. Summary cards at the top show active projects, projects at risk or overdue, open tasks and the active budget with the percentage spent. Proiecta stores projects and tasks in your own site and uses your site members and staff as the team. The interface is in Spanish.
