Hoppy Parcel adds a Track My Order page to your online store, where customers can look up the status of their shipments on your site. This can help reduce the number of "Where is my order?" messages your store receives. Customers enter their order number and the email address used for the order to see each shipment, including the tracking number, the carrier, a link to the carrier's tracking page and the items in the package. When an order is sent in more than one shipment, each package appears in its own tab. The Pro plan adds live carrier information to the page: the current shipment status, the delivery history and, when the carrier provides one, the estimated delivery date. Pro covers up to 100 tracked shipments per month. Tracking details come from the carriers, so their accuracy and timing depend on each carrier. The page title, colors, font and corner style can be adjusted in the Editor to match your store's design. The page follows your site's language, with 12 languages available, and is designed for both desktop and mobile visitors.
