When they want to get in touch or book, it can help them fill in your contact or booking form through conversation. From the Woizer dashboard you can adjust the agent's voice, greeting and widget style, add facts it should know, and refresh its knowledge when your site changes. Each conversation is saved with a transcript and a short summary, so you can see what visitors ask about. Woizer speaks English and many other languages, and can handle more than one conversation at a time. It gives visitors another way to reach your business, including outside office hours.
