Women's Association Morristown Medical Center: WAMMC is a Morristown, NJ based non-profit organization that is the philanthropic partner and supporter of the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center which raises in excess of $1M annually for the medical center. Lead Hippo re-designed and built the website build to be informative and engaging for the community of current and prospective volunteers. The new build focused on incorporating the branding and mission of this organization. Global Environmental: Environmental Restoration is a Carencro, LA based company that is a leading manufacturer and distributor of environmentally safe deodorizing, disinfecting, cleaning and degreasing products. Lead Hippo migrated the company's website to Wix as it was starting to have performance issues on it's former CMS. We were able to convert the design with Wix and bring key enhancements to the website to aid in customer ordering and workflow. Soap & Soak : Soap & Soak is a start-up company based in the Greater Los Angeles area. They are a modern on-demand laundry service, created to save their customers time and money. Soap & Soak offers sort, wash, dry and fold services with free same day pickup & next day delivery. Lead Hippo designed and built Soap & Soak's website and led a business development project focused on positioning, branding, and go to market strategies. Additionally Lead Hippo help develop many of the backend and operational processes prior to go to market activities. Salon Nochea: Salon Nochea is a full service salon located in greater Philadelphia area. Specializing in color featuring highlighting, balayage, ombré, single process color and glazing. This salon also offers full spa services including a variety of specialized facials, massage, manicures and pedicures. Lead Hippo led a redesign and migration project for Salon Nochea's website. The previous website had become dated and lacked the necessary esthetics required for a business like this, marking a significant step forward in the salon's digital presence. This new website combines aesthetic appeal with user-friendly design, ensuring that visitors can easily navigate through the services offered, book appointments, and explore the latest trends in beauty and wellness. Josh from Lead Hippo did a good job with what he was asked to do on our website. There were some delivery time and communication issues, I needed to reach out multiple times before he engaged with the project but once he engaged, he followed through. We had 2 video calls (initial and final), and the rest was email and during our initial call I mentioned I had a tight timeline. He had some ideas on how to structure the site when I pointed out what exactly I wanted done and he was able to accomplish most of it using the parameters set by Wix. Some things he was not able to accomplish but I am not sure it was his fault more a Wix issue. I did need to carefully watch his work because there were some formatting issues he did not catch. If you are looking for a professional that will provide ideas and help you to create an amazing website from the ground up, my impression is this is not the company for you. If you have a really good idea what you want done, you have a good eye for detail and you are willing to constantly monitor their work, they will get what you want done with your website. I can confidently say my site is better now than when we began our relationship. My rating is based on value for the cost and issues mentioned above....

I am sorry you feel this way Alben. You mentioned a tight timeline, so I turned around a proposal to you within a couple of hours of our call on April 1. You agreed to the workflow process proposal the next day by midday. I sent the invoice and the request for contributor access to your site that evening. You paid the invoice and granted access on April 3. I was unavailable for a couple of day, but did let you know. I completed all of the proposed updates by the end of the weekend on April 7. Beyond that date, I helped with updates and formatting that already existed with your site before I began any work. All of these additional tasks were outside of my scope of work in your accepted proposal. I charged you to create and setup a booking process to allow your clients to pay online for your services. From the initial proposal, I gave you my price and told you I couldn't deviate and you accepted the price. To award 3-stars because of the cost and your feelings about it is completely unprofessional....
