Sankara with Tractic was amazing. He was quick to get in touch with me and listened to exactly what I needed to have done. After we initially spoke, he followed up with a concise and detailed email about what he would do for me. He then proceeded to execute this plan of action in a very short amount of time. I am actually very particular about details and made a few revisions to his work, which he was totally fine with and also was supportive of. We spoke a few more times on the phone as the process played out and everything was completed during zoom call, where he was able to use my computer, remotely, in order to finish the job. My website looks great and I am very proud of how it represents my new business. I also felt very comfortable dealing with Sankara from start to finish. I was highly disappointed that Wix will have vendors recommended that is not of the highest standards. It was money down the drain First, I am a non profit so donors and organizations are viewing the website, daily. At first, while making changing, the website was viewed by the public, who does that?I had to provide images which I never did before to anyone and they were not altered to blend in with my brand. Mobile viewing is not aligned to the original. Currently working with someone else to update the site. Just horrible experience and work. The will to correct and make it better is there but does not meet the standards.Wouldn't use Wix's recommendation , ever again....
