Highly recommend Fix Wix. Communication was great, fast and responsive. Within my website I have a multi-state box page with in depth velo coding (over 250 lines of code) to store customer details in a database connected to a triggered email for the customer. I tried for weeks to finalise the code and make the project work, however with Fix Wix they managed to solve my problem within minutes! Any future problems I will certainly be going to them :)

Absolutely terrible company. Terrible service, and terrible communication. I paid nearly 300 dollars for some simple website customisations and not only did they break our site meaning we had to start over. After agreeing to a complete refund we have heard nothing from them so we are now out of pocket by a few hundred dollars and they are ignoring all my emails. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS you will be throwing your money away. There are plenty of other reputable developers on the market place. Don't take the chance with Fix Wix. All you will get is heartache and stress on top of having your money stolen.

Hello Bryan, your request was not simple, if it was simple, you'll be able to do it yourself. You liked the first work and you requested that you should be able to edit it, we explained that the design will be different since the first design was done through Velo coding, you got irate and requested your money back and requested a compensation on top of that. We were willing to refund, but also requesting to compensate the time we worked on the project, but you were insisting that we should pay you. You paid for a service that was completed, we were kind enough to work on your other request that was not part of the scope. ... 0,0
Their very knowledgeable of Wix - their very attentive and pleasant to work with - and they did a fantastic job on my website - I would recommend them ...

I received an email stating my Wix account needs to be renewed. Do not understand the rates are being charged. There is no contact number in order to discuss these charges....
