Contact and exchanges timely and professional. Logo samples provided were good however two things. The first one was they provided logo samples without asking what colours were preferred. And the second... thing was when I asked for a specific colour to be changed, they did not consider the balance of the logo and I had to ask them to change it a few times to get the balance right. Other than that I was happy with the outcome.
