I am so happy with how the website design came out and how easy it was to work with Orhan and his team. Hi Gillian, we built your website for Acacia Gold in August of 2020, almost three years ago. The project parameters you requested from us (website design, eCommerce setup, product entry, and more) were... all met and presented to you in a draft format. Following the website draft review, you informed us of your decision to go in another direction, as you had found another party on Fiverr.com that would be doing the website for you instead.
Despite spending over five billable hours on your project up until that point, we accepted your request and fully refunded you the project amount (again, nearly three years ago). I see now that the website draft has some updates to it, like some template text elements and images on various pages.
Nearly three years later now, I find it very disappointing that you are contacting us requesting additional refunds, work on your project, and exclaiming that you have been "ripped off" when you have been fully refunded. I recommend looking at previous records to find your refunds.
We take it very seriously that a client is accusing us of "ripping" them off. However this is simply not true.
