This has been GREAT! My experience with SKS Creative has been just what I had hoped for. I own and operate an appliance repair business in Akron, Ohio, and had to find the most time efficient and cost effective way to get my website up and running... properly. I had trained and worked in the Graphic Design field over thirty years ago, and figured that creating my own Wix website would be a "SNAP" after the learning curve. Well, needless to say, the pressures of late night web design work and long self-employed work days took it's tool on me and the family over the months.
Needing to get my new look and site up and running, I requested that Wix recommend a web design professional to help me finish the task. I received at least three recommendations to review and choose the best suited for my project. After carefully scrutinizing my options, I chose SKS Creative. I know myself very well, and I know I can be very exacting and detailed (remember my design background?) when it comes to the "image" I want to broadcast to the world.
Get this! I was chosen by Laylee, who I thought owned the whole outfit because of the stellar communication and service I received form her. I recognized this kind of service, because she gave me the type of personal and professional service that I give to my customers. When I scheduled a phone meeting with her, she was NEVER late. We shared our computer screens for better understanding and communication. She was patient and understanding of all of my questions and requests. But most of all, Laylee explained things and educated me about how to properly work with the Wix application on my own. She was not "tight lipped" about how she made things work right. It was like she pulled back the curtain of the "Wizard of OZ" and gave me understanding. For that, I am truly indebted to her. Laylee is a great designer and asset to anyone she works with.
Now to make a long review even longer. If you have more money than time or ability, and you need great web design work done, your money will be well spent if you spend it with SKS Creative. Now if you're fortunate enough to work with Laylee, well, you're in for a real treat. Thanks for the great work Laylee at SKS Creative!
