Was looking for help with my website through Wix I messaged a few different marketing people on Wix. One being Rick Nichols in less than 5 mins I was on the phone with Rick he went through my website called me back and gave me a list of things to do myself to fix what was wrong with it. At absolutely no charge to me. Im not tech savvy at all so asked him if he'd be able to make those changes for me. So I hired Rick he did an absolutely awesome Job, he explained everything he did got my approval on everything and I completed the action by publishing it. my website, has never looked better and its all thanks to Rick. I highly recommend him. He has fantastic customer service he truly wants to help produce great websites for people. Thanks Rick. ...

I am very sorry to write this review but I thought it could help other people. Unfortunately working with Rick Nichols was a total waste of money and above all of TIME! He was supposed to build a dropshipping ecommerce for us. He insisted to work on Wordpress but we encountered so many technical issues and he wasn't able to solve them making us look like fools with our suppliers. After 3 months he wasn't even able to present us a finished homepage to evaluate. He just created a homepage template that was all messed up. He never set up a schedule for the project. We were always the ones to push to get instructions on what to do next. He always kept saying "we" but honestly in 3 months we've dealt with him only. I don't think there are other people working in that "team". Moreover I asked him to design a logo too. He made me pay for that as well and a certain Allison contacted me and she was supposed to do it but she didn't. And a logo can be done in 10 minutes!!! Honestly this guy looked like a big scam to us. Be careful!...
