Beware!!!! I hired Fifteen Twenty, through Wix + marketplace and the project was marked as complete right at the start of the project, that was a RedFlag. I was told I was working with the team leader and he walked me through a presentation revealing in which I later found out was in part if not a fully fabricated team used to trick the client in adding value that was not there and in reverse image searching his "team" members I found he was using a picture of a Famous Solar Company CEO Mary Powell as being a part of his team. This is illegal and false advertising on multiple accounts. For one you cannot advertise falsely implying you have a team as a part of the package and then that not be the case. An intellectual property law broken as well is that you cannot use pictures of people to advertise without their consent. He yelled at me multiple times "YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF LYING!" and that disturbs me in context. I told him I liked his initial mockup and as I learned more, I changed my mind as its design flaws became apparent and showed him what I prefer. This is what he considers a history of lying, shouting at me multiple times on multiple phone calls on speaker phone in front of another person in witness. They were shocked. He told me I’m not in control and this disturbs me. After I took responsibility for the design as I have a design degree and am confident in design, it had been weeks with little to no progress. I asked about a timeline and why the mobile site had not been addressed and he began aggressively yelling at me "IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT". In this specific case this instance as Wix user of almost a decade this in regard to when I asked him if he could make adjustments to the mobile site as I was happy with the desktop site I had designed and I am keenly aware that you can indeed make changes and clean up elements on the mobile site without changing the desktop site. He grew angry, did not change the mobile site. After a month I had 2 low level bare bones mockups and a speed test for $1200+. I did shout back and embarrass myself the first time he started yelling at me on a call. He began to shout and berate me, and I thought it was necessary to defend myself. though on subsequent calls I made sure to remain calm and maintain professionalism. The Fifteen Twenty design business website revealed the Fifteen Twenty return policy was a copy and paste from an unrelated physical product store, not a web design firm. The Help and Report Abuse links on the Fifteen Twenty site were non-functional. I could tell that there was backend technical knowledge, but the Fifteen Twenty design skills were not at the level of a design team lead managing $15,000-$20,000 projects he indicated. The one man I was in contact with the entire time claimed that he has a manager and made me wait on the phone to see if he could get a discount...then I found out by asking to speak to his manager that he IS the manager. He would berate me as the client when I would ask questions, he replied multiple times yelling phrases like "THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS, SEE, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND" irate would change the subject aggressively. I wanted to move past the design phase as I had gone ahead to take responsibility building out the design and happy where it was ready to move on. I indicated I wanted to move on to media distribution as included in the package. He became angry and aggressive and antagonistic after we agreed to record the conversation, he immediately started with "okay so you're the one with all the answers" I said, "I wouldn't say that" and from there he began saying I had been very antagonistic and threating and this I disagree with but his combative nature seems to focus on framing everything I said like that. In an example I had not heard from him in two days and I sent an email saying I would check in with management if he did not respond, the intention was not to threaten him as he took it but to make sure he was okay. This is what he said was threatening. We got about 15 seconds into the recording before he hung up and would not hear things any other way or let me present my perspective. This was just beyond unacceptable. I cannot support this in my personal or professional life. I never got a real timeline just a rough 45 days maybe he said 60, I think after a month there was almost no progress. The phases of the project plan were left blank on an online board he was using to pitch the project development. I am in constant collaboration with many creatives, and this was my first interaction with a personality type this volatile. I know Wix cannot help with a refund as they have separated themselves legally in their terms and conditions and I can connect with that and why that is in the best interest. Wix allowed this company to fraud me over $1k and the agent removed my site from wix to only charge me even more money than wix was charging me. Wix allowed this agent to have my confidential information. The agent then asked me to work for him with a Solar company. The agent asked for money every month and never did anything for a already designed website that I the owner was the only one managing. The agent then got mad when I fired him and yelled on a video call. Prior to this I hired another agent from Wix who harassed me and stalked me and sent mail to my home address. Wix has the worst services every and Fifteen Twenty is a fraud company. Don't give them your money. I am a viral music artist DimpzMusic who was just trying to expand my brand and got screwed by Wix and its affiliates. I receive emails every day from Wix asking for more money . Please seek other resources before every giving them the time of day. I don't want you to go through what I am experiencing right now....
