very professional look, redesigned the entire site in a heartbeat multiple times since I didn't like their version, and to describe them in one sentence: "until I am satisfied"
they would not stop changing until I am fully satisfied with everything they did. great website all in all. only thing I would have liked is for them to be a bit more verbal, and rather then first changing and only then asking if I like it, to ask what I am looking for and then for changes. 5/5...
